Mice
Mice live in attics, crawl spaces, barns, and sheds.
They gnaw and damage doors, ceilings, and walls to make their way into buildings and homes.
As a result of rodents gnawing on pipes and wires there have been many explosions.
They are capable of destroying computer equipment.
They are capable of contaminating food from their urine and fur.
Mice carry parasites, fleas, ticks, and mites.
Deer mice and white footed mice carry the disease Hantavirus, which attacks the kidneys.
They also carry Hemorrhagic which attacks lungs.
Salmonellas (food poisoning) is associated with food and rodents because rodents live on contaminated food and their feet and feces contain salmonellas. Consequently, they spread the disease to humans.
